"No Bible Sunday opens up a whole new world - real people, real places, real need... real opportunity."

Hamilton Road Presbyterian Church, Bangor, N. Ireland

No Bible Sunday Service

The idea behind No Bible Sunday is simple - the Bible is crucial to the spiritual life of every Christian and everyone needs access to it. But that is so simple that people often forget it. This resources section offers you all you need to remind people how much they love the Bible by holding a No Bible Sunday.

How to build a No Bible Sunday

We have arranged the resources according to where they can best fit into a standard church service (shown below). Review the ideas and choose the ones you like best. By selecting one item from each stage in the outline you can easily and quickly build a No Bible Sunday for your church.

Be flexible and creative

Don't be limited by what is here. Adapt these resources to your church (many of the resources include ideas for adapting them already). Come up with new ideas. If the ideas are really good, please send them through to us and we may add them to the site to help other churches!

How to download the resources

Most of these resources are set to download as Adobe Acrobat PDF files to make them as small and quick to download as possible. If you do not have a reader on your computer, one can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
